Alert Driving Inc

Alert Driving, Inc. provides DUI program services for participants ordered by the court or DMV to complete a state licensed driving under the influence program. We are located between Union and Leigh on Camden Ave. in San Jose. Class schedules are convenient and payment plans for program fees are available.

Program services include first offender 12 hour, 3,6 and 9 month and multiple offender 18 month, comprehensive drug and alcohol assessments and outpatient drug and alcohol counseling and treatment. Check our services section for information on convenient class days and times.

To enroll call 408 879-7581 or request an orientation date through our website. When you attend the orientation your Department of Motor Vehicles form is electronically submitted to the DMV allowing you to obtain your restricted drivers license if you meet DMV eligibility requirements.

Since 1975 Alert Driving, Inc. has provided DUI classes in Santa Clara County. An arrest for driving under the influence is an unfamiliar and challenging process to most participants.
