6 Week Wet Reckless Program 12 hours

12 hours of six - 2 hour education classes in a combination of lecture and film.

This program meets the requirements for conviction of a 23140 18-20 year old and a 23103 wet reckless for all adult ages.

Class Location: San Jose Class Schedules: Mon Tue Wed Thu Sat 7:00-9:00 pm 7:00-9:00 pm 9:00-11:00 am 6:00-8:00 pm 4:30-6:30 pm 7:00-9:00 pm 9:00-11:00 am Note: Class schedules are based on availability at time of enrollment.

Orientation
Before receiving services, an intake/orientation is held in order to explain the rules and requirements, assess program fees and determine method of payment. Written notice of all activities, schedules, times and locations are given to each client at this time.

A down payment of $200 toward the program fee of $306 and one of the following forms of documentation must be brought with you to orientation:

* Court order or court referral if you are on probation or;

* DMV H-6 in house printout for older convictions no longer on probation.
