Drug and Alcohol Assessments

DUI arrests from outside of California frequently require a comprehensive drug and alcohol assessment administered by a certified counselor. For some US states this assessment must be conducted prior to enrolling in a program. The assessment is used to determine the level of program service required to clear your driving record.

ADI-OP, Inc. Outpatient Services provides this service using a nationally recognized assessment. Assessments are also provided for any individual privately requesting this service for court, employment or any other drug or alcohol legal charges.

Call for an assessment and allow approximately 1.5 hours for the appointment. Please bring your court documents as well as a DMV H-6 in house printout to allow for the confidential transmission of assessment results to the appropriate agency or contact. The cost of is $150.
