California DUI program regulations allow terminated clients to keep all credit for hours completed if the client reinstates within two years from the date of termination.

 

All clients must pay a reinstate fee of $75 plus any amount owed for hours or charges accrued prior to termination. Please fill out the form below if you would like to reinstate into the program and we will respond with the amount owed and the link to make your payment. Once payment is received you will be sent reinstate documents via DocuSign to resume your program in the current telehealth Zoom format.
