9 MONTH - FIRST OFFENDER PROGRAM

This program meets the requirements for a conviction of a first offense driving under the Influence with an alcohol level of .20 or greater. A total of 61.5 hours of program combining alcohol and drug education, group process, alcohol and drug assessment and individual interviews in the following format is required for completion.

Clients attend group/interview sessions and education classes  twice per week for the first six weeks. After six education classes are complete clients just attend two hour group sessions one week and 15 minute interview sessions on the alternating weeks.
