COVID-19 Update

Updated: 6/1/20

In accordance with the Santa Clara County Shelter in Place order the Santa Clara County Department of Alcohol and Drug Services has elected to suspend all in person DUI Program activities.  We will not be holding any in person classes and the office will not be open during this time.

Based on the new information provided by the Santa Clara County Health Officials and the State of California, ADI does not anticipate that we will be able to resume in person sessions for several months. It is recommended by county officials that all clients who are able should resume DUI program activities utilizing the remote services platform to delay completion of your program.

For any clients not able to participate in the remote sessions the following still applies:

  • The 21 day and missed activity regulations will not apply during this time. All clients are being placed on a no charge emergency leave of absence in accordance with California DHCS guidelines.

  • Payments may still be made on our website here however we will not charge any late fees for missed payments until we resume classes.

  • Once in person classes are able to resume we will allow make up sessions to be scheduled for all missed activities as best as we are able. If you choose not to participate in remote sessions it is likely that your completion date will be extended.

We will continue to update you with more information as it becomes available. Please check the website for further updates or email us if you have any questions. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
